Automated Software Service: ProposelyAI is a fully automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All proposal generation, content creation, and document processing is performed automatically by our AI systems without human intervention. No human-driven services, manual labor, or personalized consulting is involved in the delivery of our Service. Users interact directly with our automated platform to create and manage their proposals.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase (see Refund Policy below)
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with ProposelyAI for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

How to Request a Refund:

• Use the "Request Refund" button in your Billing dashboard, OR
• Contact our support team at support@proposelyai.pro within 14 days of purchase
• Include your account email and reason for the refund request
• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

After 14 Days: Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day guarantee period.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms of Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending to clients. ProposelyAI is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposelyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
